Before you write

Which size? Tap “Sizing chart” on any product page and compare with pajamas you already own. Between sizes? Size up — the fit is relaxed.

Where is my order? Orders are prepared in 2–3 business days, then U.S. delivery takes a further 7–15 business days. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. For Christmas delivery, order by Nov 27.

Wrong address? Email us immediately. We can usually correct it before the order enters processing, but not after it ships.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unworn sets in their original packaging. Write to us and we will send a return label and instructions. Full terms are in our refund policy.
